INVOLVEMENT IN SMART GRID
In the field of Smart Grids and DER integration AIT’s main expertise is in low and medium voltage technology, power quality, safety and reliability analysis. The AIT Energy Department has long term experience in active integration of distributed generation in power distribution networks and related applications.
MAIN TASK ATTRIBUTED IN THE PROJECT
Support CEZ Distribuce in :
- Lab testing of innovation components (PV inverters, charging stations, storage systems…)
- Continuous monitoring during the demonstration phase
- Define and investigate more innovative concepts at simulation level
Identify best integration and deployment practices from the project demos and other initiatives (WP3)
Deployment potential of the considered use-case : scalability and replicability (WP3)
